Hybrid Lab

Hybrid Lab is the training app designed for fitness racing: running combined with strength and endurance exercises (SkiErg, rowing machine, sled, lunges, burpees, etc.). It tells you what to do each day, guides you during your workout, and tracks your progress.

YOUR ATHLETE CARD
Take a series of tests and get your card: your level in each area, your strengths, and what you still need to work on. Retake the tests throughout your training to measure your progress.

A PROGRAM THAT REFLECTS YOU
Answer a few questions (goal, level, available days, session duration) and your program is automatically created. The sessions are scheduled throughout your week; you can move them with a tap if your schedule changes.

THE TIMER THAT GUIDES YOU
During your workout, the screen shows you only one thing: what you're doing right now. The intervals tick by on their own, the rest periods flow seamlessly, and the circuits unfold lap by lap. You see what comes next, you note what you actually did, and "Last Time" reminds you of your previous performance.

YOUR OWN WORKOUTS
Create your own workouts: sets, circuits, EMOM, AMRAP, intervals, or timed workouts. Schedule them for a specific day and time, and receive a reminder before you train.

A REAL COACH (Premium option)
Premium coaching is provided by Jérôme Staszak, a certified sports instructor with a State Diploma in Fitness Professions. He monitors your workouts, adapts your program, and responds to your inquiries via the integrated messaging system (text, photos, voice messages). Access is by application only, to guarantee quality support.

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in the Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions.
