The sole purpose of this app is to learn Korean on your lock screen. Everything else — the word browser, statistics, quizzes, and settings — are there to organize and track that lock screen learning experience.

Still can't read Hangul? Start from scratch
Can't read Korean yet? The built-in 한글 course teaches the alphabet: every vowel and consonant with memory-formula and audio, step-by-step letter-building (ㅎ + ㅏ + ㄴ = 한), the ending consonant, and real pronunciation rules — 합니다 is called "hamnida," and the card shows you why. Just select "I can't read Hangul yet" when you first open the app, and it starts right there.

Smart Review to Never Forget
Lightner Spaced Repetition brings up each word just before you forget it: 1 hour → 1 day → 3 days → 7 days → 30 days. Words you know move to the back; words you miss come back quickly. Your streak and progress stats keep you motivated.

Quiz Mode
Flip the card to quiz and choose the correct meaning from four options. Instant feedback, hints, and quiz-accuracy stats to beat. The 한글 course includes quizzes to practice letters: combine letters from parts and match each letter with its sound.

Vocabulary selected from the National Institute of the Korean Language’s learner word list and public TOPIK guidelines, covering all levels from beginner to advanced (TOPIK 1–6).
