MonkeySquare: 2D Platformer

This is a straightforward, old-school platforming adventure about a tufted capuchin (Sapajus apella) on a worldwide odyssey. The mission is simple: find food, maybe find love, but mostly just find food—all before catching the train back home.

Right now, the game features 4 distinct, hand-crafted levels:

The Jungle: Navigate through a dense forest filled with poisonous plants.

The Mountains: Dodge traps and leap across treacherous underground tunnels.

The City: Survive a sketchy, unpredictable neighborhood.

The Golden Beach: Watch your step around the strange, mutated crabs that call the sand home.

Gameplay & Survival
Watch your surroundings carefully, and be very mindful of what you eat. You'll need to time your leaps perfectly and find safe moments to rest and regain your health if you want to make it to the end of the stage.

Controls
If you are playing with a physical keyboard or on a Chromebook: Use WASD or Arrow Keys to move, Space to jump, and Shift to rest. Touchscreen controls are fully supported for mobile!
