The Hospital Universitari Son Espases App makes available to patients’ information of interest gathered in a single application:
• How to get to the hospitalization, outpatient and emergency areas.
• Contact telephone numbers and emails.
• Non-care services available within the hospital grounds: restaurants, bus and taxi
stops, etc.
• Physical location of points of interest: customer service, waiting rooms, clinical
services secretariats...

• Access from the APP to the same information offered by the screens that are installed facing the public in the hospital:
o Consult the waiting times in the emergency room by triage level, the triage level and the location of the family member within the emergency room.
