I've been waiting for over two hours. It's still stuck at processing. The number given did not pick up and they are not responding to my messages. At least do the honorable thing and cancel the order. It's now past 10pm, and I am VERY HUNGRY and most places are closed.

Food didn't show up on first order, no customer support. App keeps crashing when clicking on searched item. Managed to pre-order food 5 hours beforehand. No progress tracking on app, only app notif order was accepted. But cancelled suddenly during delivery time, citing my valid card had expired. Waste of time, no one answers customer hotline or email or FB direct message. Horrible experience, regret trying this app. How to support halal businesses/app if app cannot even deliver my first order?

I use this Hungryy because they only list Halal restaurants. I don't have to guess if the restaurant is halal or not. It also offers many restaurants that is beyond my home radius. So i get to enjoy more food options. Delivery time is reasonable depending on the distance of the restaurant to your home. Overall, very satisfied.
