We weigh the math for you using market value, total cost of ownership, repair-history patterns for your specific year/make/model, and whether the timing makes sense given your mileage.

How it works:

• Identify your car. Type the year, make, and model — or scan your VIN, or snap a photo of the vehicle.

• Add the repair. Describe the issue and the quote. Got a shop estimate? Take a picture of the bill and we'll extract the line items.

• Get the verdict. A plain-English answer — fix it, sell it, or it's a coin flip — backed by the numbers we used. No black-box scoring.

What makes Wrench or Walk different:

• EV-aware. We don't apply gas-car logic to EVs. Battery degradation, charging cost, and repair availability are scored differently.

• Total cost of ownership, not just the repair. A "cheap" fix on a car about to need three more isn't actually cheap. We model the next 12-24 months.
