Each module provides information and practical strategies for everyday life—ranging from establishing structure and using positive reinforcement to managing emotions and collaborating with schools and professionals.

Self-Training for Adults

In parallel, the app offers a form of self-training for stressed adults, covering topics such as stress management, self-organization, emotional regulation, relationships, and self-esteem.

ADHD Chat Assistant

The integrated ADHD assistant answers frequently asked questions about ADHD, medication, school, daily strategies, and crisis management—providing direct, clear, and guideline-based information.

Full functionality offline; no registration required; no time limits; no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

All data is stored exclusively locally on the device.
