HULP : Personal Life Assistant

HULP is your family's outsourced chief-of-staff — a real, human Personal Assistant who handles the everyday tasks that drain your time. For busy urban Indian households, life is full of small, draining errands: scheduling a doctor's
appointment, following up on a pending delivery, finding a reliable plumber, coordinating a school pickup, booking a flight, ordering a gift, chasing a refund. Each one takes 15 minutes. Combined, they swallow your weekends.

HULP gives you back those hours.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your phone number. We'll verify you with a one-time OTP.
2. Open the chat with your dedicated Personal Assistant — a real human, not an AI.
3. Tell your PA what you need. Type a message. Snap a photo to explain. Record a voice note while you're walking. Whatever's easiest.
4. Your PA gets to work — researching, calling, booking, coordinating, following up.
5. You get notified the moment something's done.

Please note: THE CHATS, IMAGES, VOICE NOTES SHARED BY USERS ARE ACCESSED BY FAMILY PAs INTO THEIR HULP-CRM SYSTEM. THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY MOBILE APP.

WHAT YOUR PA CAN HANDLE

• Appointments and reservations — doctors, restaurants, services, travel
• Household coordination — repairs, vendors, deliveries, returns
• Family logistics — kids' schedules, parents' care, school events
• Research — products, services, options, comparisons
• Follow-ups — chasing pending items so you don't have to
• One-off tasks — gift sourcing, ticket booking, customer service calls
• And whatever else you'd ask a chief-of-staff to do

WHY A HUMAN, NOT AN AI

An AI assistant gives you suggestions. A human assistant gets things done. HULP isn't a smart inbox or a chatbot. Your PA is a trained person who picks up the phone, navigates a website, sits on hold for you, and follows up until the job is closed. That's the difference between answers and outcomes.

DEDICATED, NOT POOLED

You don't talk to a different stranger every time. You have one PA who learns your preferences, your family's routines, your favourite restaurants, your doctors, your suppliers. The longer you use HULP, the more it feels like having a chief-of-staff who has been with you for years.

HULP runs on a secure, purpose-built platform. We never sell your data, never share family information with third parties, and store everything on protected servers. You can request data deletion at any time. See our full Privacy Policy at https://hulp.in/legal/privacy-policy
