HubPro Staff

HubPro Staff is an app for the “front-line teams” of service businesses — tasks that need to be done standing in front of customers or walking around the warehouse, not sitting in front of a computer.

Login is required using an account issued by the business. Self-registration is not available. This is not an end-customer app and does not provide medical advice.

The menus displayed depend on the business's role and package — each person only sees their own tasks.

■ Inventory and Issuance
View itemized inventory, conduct stock counts, adjust balances, and see what is below set minimum levels. Issue items from the warehouse, linking them to the actual work required.

■ Consignment Materials
For businesses that hold vendor items on-site — issue from containers, track requisition status, confirm receipt, record usage, and return unused items—all in one mobile app.

■ Receiving Goods (GRN)
Take photos of delivery notes for automatic item recognition, scan GS1/EAN barcodes on actual boxes, and inspect each item upon receipt.

■ Appointments and Daily Tasks
View today's queue and the status of each appointment. And assigned tasks:

■ Point-of-sale and cash shifts
Open shift, record sales, close shift and summarize totals.

■ Time clocking in and out
Clock in at the actual work location and confirm location upon entry.

■ Works even with poor signal
Supports offline operation and queues data transmission when signal returns. Items not yet sent will be clearly indicated as incomplete; no pre-completed entries will be displayed.

■ Security and privacy
Data is encrypted during transmission, data is strictly segregated by business type, supports fingerprint/facial recognition login, and customer information entered by staff will not be stored on the device outside of usage time.

Currently in use in a dental clinic and designed to be scalable to other service businesses.
