HubLogiQ Fleet

HubLogiQ Fleet is the app for the HubLogiQ platform for fleet and equipment management. The same data as in the web console, but in your pocket: for the driver who wants to know what is expected of them, and for the planner who wants to view the fleet while on the road.

For the driver
• Log in with your company account; you only see the vehicle you are linked to.
• Link to a vehicle using the sticker code or QR on the dashboard.
• Your trips from today and earlier, with distance and time. Do you also drive privately? Classify a trip with a single tap as business, private, or commuting for a complete trip log.

• Vehicle documents at hand, even without coverage: green card, registration certificate.

• Review footage from your own vehicle if your employer uses dashcams.

• Notifications intended for you, turn on or off by type.

• Chat with planning, with photos.

• Tachograph insight: driving and rest time, with a warning before your break. • Open the route to your vehicle or share a tracking link with a colleague.

For the planner and the fleet manager (same app, different view)
• The entire fleet live on the map, with status and groups.
• Handle notifications: pending, resolved, assign to a colleague.

• Request and share reports.

Privacy and security
• No advertisements, no third-party tracking.
• The app does not track your phone in the background. Your own position is only used on your device to center the map.
• Fleet data belongs to your employer; they determine what is recorded. Read more in our privacy statement.
