2024-09-16	ra*****	When you cancel an ASC day or BSC day, it never updates on the website or the app and you are left wondering whether its cancelled or not. If by chance you need to rebook on a previously cancelled day, you cant cos the app says its still booked while it is cancelled for the OSCH!!! Just the worst app ever

2024-01-28	Ja*****	I would rate 0 star if I could, you won't able to login as a 2nd parent although the same password works on their website. Website UI is bad and not for mobile devices. Security is bad (you can reset password without the old password). I would save as minimal info as possible as this platform can't do the basic things right (look at the reviews before mine) how can they be trusted on securing the data?

2024-01-16	Wa*****	I can barely describe how much detest this app. Handling multiple centres and multiple children is a CX challenge. Our daycare started using them for daily journals. I rather not see what my children have been up and avoid using this app as much as possible. I pray they have at least high security protocols with all the information required for enrolments these days

2023-06-27	Ed*****	Awful user experience, it is simply terrible. As if built and no one tested it. Please watch a user setting up and using your app so you can improve it. Potential improvements the app could gain from some user testing is incredible. Please review & test before releasing applications.

2023-04-18	Me*****	Terrible to use. Very not user friendly! Spend 4 weeks trying to log into the app as parent 2 but can't. Keeps saying "something went wrong". But I can log into the website with no problems. But the website is terrible and can't navigate easy at all. Not for mobile.

2023-04-06	Ja*****	Won't let me log in. Looks like people have been reporting this same issue for over a year and the developers still haven't fixed it. I'm forced to use the website which is absolutely horrible on mobile.
