Credencia Hub is the official HubConnect app for accreditation, access control, and check-in/check-out at in-person events — directly from your team's cell phone or tablet.

ACCREDITATION
• Accredit participants individually, by QR Code scanning or facial recognition.

• Customized registration forms by participant category.

• Customize which columns/information appear in the participant list.

• Batch accreditation: filter by category, select multiple participants, and accredit them all at once.

PRINTING OF BADGES AND LABELS
• Connect Brother thermal printers via Bluetooth directly through the app.

• Generate and print identification labels at the time of accreditation.

• Track batch printing progress with a real-time counter.

ACCESS CONTROL
• Record entries and exits of already accredited participants.

• Confirmation by facial recognition for greater security.

CLOAKROOM
• Check-in and check-out of items (cloakroom) linked to the participant.

WORKS OFFLINE
• Continue registering and operating the event even without internet.

• Data is automatically synchronized as soon as the connection is restored.

MULTI-EVENT
• Switch between different events configured in your HubConnect account.
