I am unable to complete the registration on the app, despite multiple attempts, and receive the same response each time. We are knowledgeable about using technology, and the call center's support has been inadequate. I waited to speak with someone after being told my username was activated, but they assumed people have unlimited time. They wasted my time unnecessarily.
