2026-08-14	Na*****	Please don't buy into that trap. waste of money.. I purchased, premium or super plan. Every OTT has full ads, no 4K, and no refunds. After five or six months later they remove Aha and other OTTs, stating in their terms and conditions that they can remove any service at any time.

2026-08-10	A *****	I had taken a subscription in Jan 2026 at that time there are many apps included in the plan. After 6 months they had removed 2 apps Aha and ETVWIN. I had opted for that plan only for these apps without these apps there is another plan for less price. Once subscription is taken you need to give all apps till the validity.

2026-08-09	Sa*****	They keep removing ott platforms without notice, which we pay for upfront monthly or yearly, also all the content is not found on the otts, but we find same when searched separately outside, also the the app is never updated with latest releases, we have to go dig and search them and some we can never find. Better not renew. Edit-I see response, but not answered other concerns, also if you are going to remove otts that we saw and opted the plans, you should discount the subscription pricing too

2026-08-08	su*****	Hi, Please be aware before subscribing OTT play, I subscribed OTT for one year considering only they have eTV Win and Aha part of their OTT bundle, after 5 months, I don't see these two are supported. when I called customer care saying management took decision to remove those from the plan. This is purely cheating customers.

2026-08-08	Pr*****	Subscribed to Power Play Annual Plan and after 5 months the apps got reduced to 24 from 33 and apps like ETV Win and Aha were removed abruptly without any intimation. Now except 2 to 3 premium apps, the remaining apps are trash. I requested for cancellation of my subscription and refund of my amount. Unfortunately there is no response and moreover there is no process in line to address the concerns of customers. Why should I pay full amount for less content? I want you to resolve this asap.
