HRI Plus

The HRI Plus app puts your cardiac device details in your pocket, so the
information that matters is with you wherever you are.

It is the companion app for members of Heart Rhythm International, operators
of Ireland's national cardiac device registry.

WHAT THE APP DOES

- Your digital cardiac device ID, showing your device type, model, serial
number, implant date and implanting hospital
- Your medications and medical history, kept current and to hand
- Your upcoming appointments in one place
- Share your details securely with a healthcare professional, for as long
as you choose
- Give a trusted family member access, so someone can speak for you if you
cannot speak for yourself
- Home screen and lock screen widgets, so your device details are visible
to anyone who needs them

MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED

The app is available to HRI members. Membership is purchased and managed on
our website at hriplus.com, not in the app. There are no in-app purchases.

HRI Standard, 20 euro per year, includes a printed cardiac ID card posted to
you and your digital cardiac device ID in the app.

HRI Plus, 54.99 euro per year or 5.99 euro per month, includes everything in
Standard plus a medical bracelet, three key fobs, free replacements, and the
full app with medications, medical history, family sharing and healthcare
professional access.

Both memberships renew automatically. You can upgrade from Standard to Plus
at any time.
