HRFlowTech

HRFlowTech is the official mobile app for employees and managers using the HRFlowTech HR platform (hrflowtech.com) — built for Hong Kong and APAC workplaces.

Access your company workspace with your work email. Available modules depend on what your organisation has enabled.

Key features

Home
Get a clear overview of attendance, pending expense claims, leave requests, and unread notifications.

Attendance
Punch in and out and review your attendance history from your phone.

Leave
View leave balances and submit leave requests. Where enabled, draft request notes with AI assistance.

E-Claims
Submit expense claims, capture or attach receipt photos, track approval status, and (for approvers) manage the approvals inbox.

Payslips
Browse payslip history and open detailed line items.

Notifications
See HR and workflow updates in one place.

AI assistant (optional)
Ask questions about HR policies and related topics when your company enables the assistant. Outputs are generative and may be wrong — verify with HR before acting. See https://hrflowtech.com/ for the AI Use & Safety Policy.

HR tools (role-based)
Employee directory and reports & analytics for authorised HR / manager users.
