Evolve: Fitness & Nutrition

Evolve is a training and nutrition app with a coach built in.

Your program is built around your goal, your equipment and the days you can train. You log your sessions, and the program adjusts as you get stronger.

Training
Every session is laid out set by set, with the weights you used last time next to each one. Supersets sit on one page, logged round by round. The rest timer starts on its own. If you miss a day, the week adjusts instead of falling apart.

Food
Take a photo of your meal and it gets logged for you, then tell it what to change in plain words. You can also scan a barcode or search thousands of Australian foods. Not sure what to eat? Get meal ideas that fit what you have left today. Your calorie and protein targets update as your weight and training change.

Evolve Coach
Ask your AI coach a question any time, even in the middle of a session, and get an answer in seconds. Evolve Coach can see every session and meal you have logged, so you never have to explain yourself twice.

Progress
Your weight, measurements, lifts, water and photos in one place, so you can see what is actually changing.

1-on-1 coaching
If you would rather work with a real person, our coaches write your program themselves and reply to you in the app. Apply at hqevolve.com.

The first 14 days are free and we do not take a card to start.
