This app is a customizable home screen app designed to help you organize, access, and personalize your device.

Core Features:
Set as your default launcher for a personalized home screen experience
• App drawer and search for quick access to installed apps

Access to installed apps is required to display app icons and organize them on the home screen and app drawer, which is essential for a launcher to function properly.

Built-in Local Gallery (On-device only):
• Browse and view photos and videos stored on your device
• Organize media into albums
• Basic viewing features such as full-screen viewing and video trimming
• Optional access via the system photo picker for selecting specific media

All media is processed locally on your device. No photos or videos are uploaded, stored externally, or shared.

Privacy and Transparency:
• No personal data is sold or shared
• No hidden tracking of installed apps
• Installed app information is used only to display icons and names on your device
• Media files remain entirely on your device
• Uninstall actions always require user confirmation through the Android system

Smart and Useful Tools:
• Quick access to frequently used apps
• Long-press actions such as removing or uninstalling apps via the system dialog
• Clean and responsive interface optimized for daily use

Permissions Explained:
To provide core functionality, the app may request:
• Access to installed apps (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES) to display and organize apps on the home screen
• Media access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO) to enable the optional built-in gallery feature
• Selected media access (READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED) via the system photo picker
• Permission to request app uninstall (REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES), which always uses the system confirmation dialog
• Exact alarm permission (USE_EXACT_ALARM) to support user-initiated scheduled reminders or time-based actions with precise timing

All permissions are used only to support the features described above and are processed locally on your device under your control.
