Is it perfect? No. AI calorie estimation is an educated guess, not a lab measurement. Portion sizes are hard to judge from a photo, and a "salad" can mean 200 calories or 900 depending on what's in it. But it's a genuinely useful ballpark — good enough for the moments when you just want a quick read on what you're eating before you eat it.
Think of it less like a precise nutrition tracker and more like asking a knowledgeable friend: "hey, is this bad?"
