Thank you for finally including chemical names! I found your website and app 10 to 15 years ago or so and it was what I most needed help with as an autodidact. All these years later and it is still the most helpful thing I have ever found - and I searched endlessly for databases with audio recordings of chemical names.
Helpful app for learning how to pronounce words so I don't sound like a total idiot. At the same time, app provides a definition and practical usage of the word.
Just....... excellent! Until I found this app., pronouncing the silent p in pseudohypoparathyroidism was just exhausting!
This app bring word as Google search. No data base of definition. No offline data. When you click define the app will good to Google search only. The same search you can do free of cost. I lost my money as Google denied refund on their policy. Feel cheated. Sorry to say
People are leaving reviews stating that the app does not show a definition of the word, you want pronounced! This is not correct! Once the word is pronounced, press on the word, options will then pop up, press on define, and you will be taken to the definition of the word. Great app.
Is very good for medical and school type words. Doesn't have every word, obviously, but they have almost every word i'ved looked up. They say they add new words as they are requested, though.
I read a lot of detective stories written in the 1930s and 40s essential to pronunciations of words that were used at that time.
Love this app. Makes it so easy to learn how to pronounce a word correctly. I do a lot of reading and am fastidious about making sure of correct pronunciations.
It stopped working! It says: Unable to play word Audio error Audio code A9 HTTP exception 403 Forbidden What do I do now? I paid for this!
A brilliant app. There's no excuse for mispronouncing words any more!
