Washbasin in the kitchen was heavily damaged by a heavy acid, door of my in-built dishwasher was broken, I found its door and hinge bent and screws tear up from the panel whilst door was not possible to use anymore. A cleaner left my apartment's door open without using the providee key, without supervision. Another cleaner just started the washing program and left it behind - it was loaded after the program for more days as I was on holiday.

2024-10-24	Ll*****	Not what it used to be. Support was rude and closed the chat. They no longer check all their cleaners and now they allow for subcontractors and you might get a random cleaner. New cleaners speak zero English, which is against company policy. When asking support their solution is when I get them at the door, not to let them enter. Dreadful.
