2026-06-14	Ce*****	new update is broken. when trying to select a hotel it loads in a weird format with zoom in and out buttons, won't let me log in, and won't let me scroll to go to check out.

2026-06-12	Br*****	booked what looked like a nice hotel. checked in after driving 10 plus hours to find actual blood stains on the sofa bed and fresh piss on the bed mattress. tried sleeping on the floor on a blanket we brought, and had a cockroach crawl on us. we left. do better. customer service is a nightmare.

2026-06-05	Am*****	the hotel I got never showed up under their standard rate. you can usually do a little a research and narrow it down, but no. also it said I could see reviews in the app, but the link never worked. had I seen the reviews I would have known it was the one hotel I did not want!! I didn't see it in their standard rates so didn't think it was a hotel offered on their platform. also it said it was an $11 savings on the standard price, but I can book the same price through hotels website

2026-05-28	Br*****	took my money for a reservation and the property didnt have it so i had to pay out of pocket. spent 45 minutes trying to get a refund to get put in a non stop circle of holds and transfers. i wont use this app again horrible experience. use priceline which also takes money and makes it hard to get back or Booking even better. The best option is to call the hotel before you go to it and ask if they have rooms dont use 3rd party apps. they dont care about anything but taking your money.
