Hotstar TradeFlow

Hotstar TradeFlow organizes trade inventory and shipment records on your Android device. Product, supplier, shipment, and movement data is stored locally. The app does not request internet access.

On first launch, sample trade records may load so you can review the workflow. You can add, edit, or delete your own entries at any time.

Home summarizes inventory item counts, low-stock alerts, open shipments, active quotes, inventory value, and fulfillment rate from saved records. A stock movement chart compares inbound and outbound quantities for a selected period when movement history exists.

Catalog opens four record areas:
• Products — SKU details, stock levels, and reorder thresholds
• Suppliers — contact and lead-time notes
• Shipments — inbound or outbound shipment tracking with status and dates
• Stock Movements — record inbound, outbound, or adjustment entries that update on-hand quantities

Quotes stores client estimates with reference numbers, line totals, status labels, and validity dates.

Business Toolkit provides two calculators from your inputs:
• Landed Cost — total landed cost, per-unit cost, suggested selling price, and projected margin from purchase, freight, duty, and handling fields
• Reorder Planner — reorder point, projected stock at delivery, and suggested order quantity from usage, lead time, and safety stock inputs

Saved calculation history is kept on the device. Calculator outputs are planning estimates, not purchase orders.

Company pages include business timeline, team roles, operating notes, coverage text, about information, and a local contact inquiry form. Phone and email links use your device apps.

Inventory value, chart totals, and quote amounts reflect only records stored on this device.
