2024-12-16	te*****	This app works great, the owners spent quite awhile getting it to work correctly, hosttools made my life a lot easierUpdate I tried to cancel my subscription literally a day after due date I was met with hostility, and the owner, Jenny, told me I had all last month to cancel(I sold the house and closing kept changing) long story short she refused to refund me and tried to guilt trip me abt her and her husband being a small business....never again

2024-12-06	Br*****	Updates to 5 stars because of bugs fixed. I only wish this could replace cloudbeds, because it is a beautiful designed app and the auto review feature is very useful. Also used to be a lot cheaper.. so lack of features compared to other hotel PMS.. i had to leave host tools.

2023-06-26	Ma*****	It's a decent interface with a Host Tools account but its quite buggy. Sometimes there's a lag when using the messaging function, and sometimes message fail to send so I end up on the website.
