TRANSPARENT PRICING - NO HIDDEN CHARGES:
We charge a flat Rs 20 platform fee per booking (Rs 17 base + Rs 3 GST). That is it. No subscription. No commission stacking. No surprise charges. The doctor's consultation fee is paid directly to the hospital as per their published rates - we do not mark it up.

REFUNDS YOU CAN TRUST:
If a hospital cancels your appointment for any reason, you get an automatic full refund within 5 minutes. No emails. No follow-ups. No questions asked. Money back to your original payment method. If you need to change your plans, you can reschedule freely instead of cancelling - no fee, no penalty.

VERIFIED HOSPITALS ONLY:
Every hospital on HospiJunction undergoes a verification process before being listed. We check business registration, licenses, and operational status. We do not list shady operators. Hospitals can only appear after passing this review.

FOR HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATORS:
HospiJunction includes a complete admin interface for hospitals to manage their operations. Add doctors, set schedules, manage time slots, view real-time queues, see appointments by date and status, and track your daily revenue - all from the same app.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY:
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway - we never see, store, or have access to your card details. We share only the minimum essential booking information with the hospital you choose. You can review and request deletion of your data anytime at hospijunction.com/legal/account-deletion.html

We are a technology facilitator that connects patients with healthcare providers - we are NOT a healthcare provider ourselves, we do not provide medical advice, and we do not deliver medical services.
