The officers are too very arrogant and want the opportunity to shout out and insult any passenger they don't like even for no reason and they stare at the passenger and ask racist questions about religion and race and send someone to spy on the passengers in the waiting area. I lost my flight and I was not compensated despite the presence of their boss who was monitoring their crimes against me.
