Horrible app. Half the time it doesn't even connect, and when it does connect, it crashes 90% of the time. The 10% of the time it does work, it takes forever to open files (1 minute intervals, so not huge files) and then crashes while playing them. The dashcam itself is fine, I just end up taking out the SD card and grabbing the files via my computer instead. But you should be able to grab footage via your phone. AND this has been over 2 different phone models, so it's not just one model.
