4. Install your eSIM over reliable Wi-Fi with step-by-step guidance.
5. At your destination, turn on the Horizon line, select it for mobile data and enable roaming.

Install your eSIM
On supported phones, use one-tap installation. You can also scan the QR code from another screen or copy the manual SM-DP+ address and activation code. Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Buying or installing does not start validity; it does not start until your eSIM connects to a supported network in a covered destination.

Manage everything in the app
• Track eSIM status, data usage, allowance and validity in My eSIMs. Usage reporting can be delayed.
• Get usage alerts before you run out.
• Top up or add another destination mid-trip when the package supports it.

Current catalogue details
Horizon does not own mobile network infrastructure. eSIM plans come through connectivity providers that work with local carriers. Coverage, speed and network technology depend on your phone, local network, congestion and location. Top-up availability depends on the selected package. Prices and availability can change — review the package and exact checkout total before payment. A regional or global eSIM covers only the destinations named in its coverage list.

Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout. Horizon receives a transaction reference but does not store your full card number, CVV or PIN. After confirmed payment, eSIM installation details appear in the app and are sent to the email address used for the order.

• Connected devices share your plan's data allowance when using hotspot.
• We refund the full amount paid on request for eSIMs and top-ups, whether unused, partly used or fully used. There is no request deadline and no reason or troubleshooting is required.

A travel eSIM adds a data-only line to a compatible phone — Horizon plans include no phone number, voice calls or SMS. On a dual-SIM phone you can usually keep your main SIM enabled for calls and texts while the eSIM carries your data. Your home carrier may charge for roaming activity, so check its terms before travel.
