Ministree is a Brazilian digital platform developed specifically to solve the headache of managing worship ministries and church teams.

Instead of using multiple WhatsApp groups, lost spreadsheets, and PDFs with song lyrics, the system centralizes everything in a single app and website.

How it works in practice:

- Smart Scheduling: The leader schedules musicians, vocalists, and sound technicians for services. The member receives a notification and can confirm or decline the schedule via their own cell phone.

- Repertoire and Chords: It's possible to create a music library with YouTube and Spotify links, lyrics, and attached chord files. When the musician opens the Sunday schedule, they already see the exact repertoire with the defined keys.

- Date Blocking: Volunteers can notify in advance the days they will be traveling or unavailable, preventing the leader from scheduling them by mistake.

- Notice Board: Centralizes official leadership communication, ensuring that important information is not lost in side conversations.
