Terrible app. As an admin, I can’t do transactions—it’s only for approving desktop logins. Too many security layers make it inconvenient, and password resets require an SR01 form, which is outdated. With so many complaints, it’s shocking that HLB Bank hasn’t taken any action. Truly disappointing

Super bad experience with this app ..really always has problem on log in...and now even load my page also facing problem ...please la...find a experience team to settle your app problem..😓 And i find it quite funny...why cant create transfer in it? Like in the website function ?? Few years d with your app ..but still not improving...gosh
