Pros

So much better than the desktop on premise option.
Intuitive all in one security app.

Cons

App is nearly unusable due to bugs and glitches.
Sign-in issues and no internet access errors.
Repeated loading errors and inability to view saved clips.
Inability to access video feed for cameras from the cloud.

This is the worst access control product I have ever used. If your company is considering this for security, for the love of God save yourselves and select anything else. Installing this was one of the worst decisions we ever made. There's too many bugs to list, nothing works for more than a few days. The app is nearly unusable. Run!!!
