This App has caused multiple issues with my e:Ny1 to the extent that I am minded to reject the car. When setting a charging schedule on the App on most occasions it is impossible to detach the cable after charging finishes (without unlocking and relocking the car) and when started the dash displays 16 safety features are disabled! Favourite Destinations that had been saved are wiped with no warning. This has happened 3 times. On startup it reported "Loading your data" in a never ending loop.

Terrible app. To think Honda has the pedigree of being such a good car company and they produce such a weak app compared to even the lowest of rivals. BYD and Tesla apps are far superior, to name a few. Doesn't auto update, sometimes doesn't load up, has only a few very limited options to choose from, will say the car is unlocked or locked when isnt, cant even warm the seats up via the app. Absolute rubbish, I would give zero stars if I could.
