Phone hard reset - wiped everything out. Cannot re- connect because I don't know what it wants! The other connected device gives me a keypad, but I don't know what number to put in. The whole system needs to be a little more user friendly instead of relying on the installer to fix everything. Some of us can accomplish the basics of resetting and reconnecting if given an idea of what is needed.

Builder put Elan system for the smart home. Only had 2 lights, front door lock, garage opener, video bell, and camera in the garage. Worked fine if keep the same router or setup initially. If I put a different router and different subnet, then the EL-SC-100 controller does not work anymore, because the IP address is set for static local IP, instead of dynamic IP from DHCP. To change it, I have shell out $200 per hour (min) for someone to come in onsite and just change the IP address. ???
