This is about as useless as an app can be!!! We are with Blue Security and they use this ridiculously on off on off app!!!! It is sooo inconvenient to come home late at night and not be able to disarm your home because, yet again, the app is off-line. Although it goes on and off, it seems to be off-line more than it is on-line. This happens several times every single day!!! I am sick of it!!! And if Blue Security don't do something about it, we will leave them!

The only positive is you can (usually) set and unset your alarm. But the app is sooo dated, slow, unresponsive and has childlike UI. And you have to pay an annual fee for the privilege of using it, which is pretty insulting. Surely Risco have the resources to rewrite this awful app and bring it somewhere up to modern standards? When compared to, say, the Ajax app, you have to laugh. Or cry. This alone is a reason not to buy an alarm by Risco; they take your money and laugh.
