2026-08-11	*****	Great taste when you actually get the meals to enjoy. I've had so many problems with the service. They started using OnTrac (which is notorious for poor experience) to deliver and now my deliveries show up at 10pm or the day after the scheduled date. My initial box came to me with only one ice pack that was completely melted and the food warm. They are quick to refund me which is nice but this to me is a sign that issues happen often and they don't even troubleshoot anymore.

2026-08-10	Jo*****	Scam app. They force you to enter your cc# before browsing the menu. Then without knowing it, they start sending you expensive boxes that you can't return and won't refund your money either. I've been cheated out of $80 just because I was curious. Avoid Home Chef at all cost.

2026-08-08	An*****	I've tried a couple of food delivery places before, but I have to say, Tempo has not produced a bad meal yet. I have eaten 16 meals so far. Every meal is fantastic. I'm not kidding. I will definitely buy it again.

Found a fly in one meal. 2 meals expired before the expiration. date (Chicken was the meat), telling me they were not handled properly before shipping. Most meals taste the same... The pastas were made with the same things. The packaging sucked. The variety was limited. The only good quality was priced way too high as an add ons. Oh.Making the account locks you into the first week🤢 I will NEVER buy this again.🤮🤮🤮

2026-07-29	Su*****	Home Chef meals are so easy to prepare. My sweetie and I love that we can prepare them together and have a fresh, balanced meal. The variety of choices makes it hard to pick out meals for the week because they all sound so good. The recipe is provided along with the prepped ingredients. We are very satisfied with Home Chef and will be a customer for a long time.

I had chosen the vegetarian option. when I got to the meals, several were meat. There were no substitutions for this. I tried to pause the membership less than 10 minutes after I signed up because they did not offer what they said they would. I was informed that all orders made after noon on a Friday can not be cancelled. Horrible customer service
