Figuring out insurance, lowering the cost of moving into a new place, empowering your financial future—that’s what we’re all about.

The Trinity app provides a convenient and user-friendly way for residents to fulfill their renter's insurance requirement in order to move in, as well as boost their credit through rent payments.

Rent Reporting reports residents' on-time rental payments to credit bureaus to help boost their credit score. In the app, residents will have additional insurance line options like:
Pet insurance
Car insurance
Jewelry insurance
Homeowners insurance
Identity theft

Trinity App Features:

Modify profile information
Review renters insurance policy
