It's functionality and useability is far above the official Realtor app. Particularly useful "extras" are the listing history and comparative prices. A tab for "favourites" lets you track properties you are interested in. New features keep getting added from time to time.

Seems that this app sells your data to other real estate companies. Others have reviewed saying the same thing, user beware! They say they are looking into this in other reviews, but I just got a call from a company saying that I signed up for information on preconstruction builds with Home Optima. I haven't used the app in many weeks and I do not and have not consented to my data being used in this way.
