In my experience, the app has been anything short of amazing. Workes flawlesly, is very intuitive. Simple, yet offering many layers of service. And on top of all, customer service has been insanely fast to respond and very pleasant to work with. They are literaly like having a friend on speed dial, I dont know what all these comments are talking about.
