DangleVision is a training app that uses your phone’s camera to provide on-screen training guidance for stickhandling drills and routines.

KEY FEATURES

• Real-Time Camera Tracking
Place your phone on a tripod above your surface. The app uses your camera view during drills to help guide your training session. Cast the view to your TV to train heads-up without looking down at your phone.

• Four Drill Modes
Side to Side: Hit vertical lines on the left and right, alternating sides.
Soft Touches: Quick, quiet touches — the app counts touches and time; no targets.
Figure of 8: Go around two gates with the puck to score.
Freestyle: Timed session with touch count — no targets, just reps.

• Custom Routines
Chain drills and rest periods into one session (for example: 1 min Side to Side, 1 min Soft Touches, 90s Figure of 8, 90s Freestyle). Build routines and save them for quick access.

• Progress Tracking
Daily and weekly training time, touch counts, streaks, and personal bests per drill.

• Cast / Screen Mirroring
Mirror or cast your screen to a TV for a larger view during drills (when supported by your device and setup).

HOW IT WORKS

1. Set up your phone on a tripod with the camera pointing down at your stick and surface.
2. Open the app and choose a drill or a custom routine.
3. Optional: Cast to your TV with Chromecast or Android screen mirroring.
4. Start the drill and stickhandle while watching the TV. The app tracks your puck and shows the drill in real time.

For anyone practicing stickhandling at home: improve coordination and consistency on synthetic ice, a garage floor, or any smooth surface.
