hobby lobby lost my business. went to both locations to purchase the oil paints i need. all the oil paints of the shelf. Michael's here i come. you will be missed hobby lobby. however i enjoyed your business until you higher up decided to take oil paints of the shelf. note I like buying from stores. I enjoy the communication with the employees. rather than A.i or some robotic help.

so the incompetent slob who's designed this app, have absolutely no idea of why people try using the location or typing in the store number to get into an inventory of a said location. I'm literally inside a physical store trying to search for something but all the results point to online inventory that requires shipping... so what's the point of having an app if you can't search through a physical store inventory??

worst ever . I couldn't add my info to cash out my order. my closest store is out of power from a storm. the other craft stores are over an hour away north and south of my town. grrrr.

I can't even order things with the app. It glitches multiple times and won't let me finish. That's a shame because I wanted to order four things.
