Would be a good app if they had drivers available

Booked at 4pm with confirmation message confirming a 9pm pick up promising a excellent service. Received a call 10 minutes after the booked and planned pick up time to inform can't fulfil the pick up. Poor service since the payment was taken immediately from my bank account
