if you purchase the yearly subsciption and clear your cache, it forgets you bought the yearly subscription. Customer Service will ignore you when you ask about it. I emailed Kant and have not received a response. update: I sent an email to the support email and replied with the proper documentation. have not heard back yet 08/18: Emailed the infor Requested.
