GOUTTE - Your Coffee Journal

Every perfectly brewed drop of coffee is too precious to just let slip away.
That's why I built this.

Yesterday's cup was perfect, but why can't I recreate that taste today?
The notes I scribbled on the back of the bean bag are nowhere to be
found, and I can't remember how many clicks I set on my Comandante... I know that frustration all too well.

So I built this. It's less of a grand service and more of the "most refined coffee journal" for coffee nerds like us.

The name is goutte.
It means "drop" in French. I wanted to capture every precious moment from the first drop falling from an espresso machine to the last drop through a Hario Switch.
