Features & Capabilities

HME Now Drive-Thru Analytics is a powerful mobile app designed as a companion to the HME CLOUD and DTOS system, offering quick access to real-time drive-thru metrics directly from your phone. It enables users to view performance of all stores at a glance, analyze data by hour, daypart, or day, and examine every component of the drive-thru in a unified view.

Users can tailor alert preferences individually, ensuring that operational goals are met effectively without impacting others. This app helps drive-thru operations exceed performance goals by delivering actionable insights right to your fingertips.

The most common complaint is that the app will not load or crashes, leaving users unable to access a tool they need for work. Many also report that it no longer works on newer Android phones, particularly Samsung models, and that login is unreliable. Users value the live results when the app works, but repeatedly call for updates and fixes.

Pros

Cons

The app frequently fails to load, stops working, or crashes.
Users report compatibility problems with newer Android phones and versions, including Samsung devices.
Login can be difficult or fail even when the same account works on the website.
Several users say the app has not been updated in years and needs a fix.

Recent reviews

The hme app needs to be fixed. It will not load times on either daypart or day. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache and data. This app has been useless for several days. Why should it take that long for the devs to fix this?
