Subscription renewed but I'm locked out. I had to reset my password. Upon signing in everything has a lock on it where I cannot access it. I need a refund.

Charged me for renewal but all the questions are locked out so I can't use it. Tried clicking on it to subscribe again but it tells me I already am, so I just canceled it.
