HLPRLY

HLPRLY connects adult neighbors who need a little everyday help with adult neighbors nearby who are
willing to give it. A ride to an appointment. A hand carrying groceries. Someone to walk the dog while
you are laid up. No payment, no tipping, no gig economy. Neighbors showing up for each other, one
block at a time.
HOW IT WORKS
Ask for Help. Post what you need in a few taps. Choose Personal Help for one helper or Community Help
when it takes a few hands.
Wants to Help. Neighbors nearby see your request and offer. You decide who helps. Your exact address
is not shown until you choose to share it with the helper you accept.
Help Session. A session code confirms you have met the right person. When the help is done, you both
mark it complete.
Gratitude Points. Both sides earn points for asking and for helping. Say thanks with bonus points when
someone goes above and beyond.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Hyperlocal. You see only requests within your own neighborhood.
Address privacy. Your precise address is never displayed publicly. Location is shared only for an active
help session, and only with the person you accepted.
BEFORE YOU USE HLPRLY
Adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use HLPRLY. Accounts found to belong to
anyone under 18 will be removed.
Invite only beta. HLPRLY is in a limited community beta in Boulder, Colorado. You need an invite code
from the HLPRLY team to create an account. Beta software changes often and may contain errors.
You choose who you help and who helps you. HLPRLY is a tool for neighbors to find each other. HLPRLY
does not perform background checks, does not verify identity beyond the invite process, and does not
supervise, employ, or insure anyone using the app. Use the same judgment you would with any
neighbor you are meeting for the first time.
Not for emergencies. If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911. HLPRLY is not an emergency service.
Not for paid, licensed, medical, or childcare work. HLPRLY is for everyday neighborly favors only.
By creating an account you agree to the HLPRLY Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at hlprly.com/terms and
