Access Control is HKN Engineering's mobile application for drivers and authorized personnel in operations with vehicle access control.

From your cell phone, you can manage the entire Vehicle Access Registration (VIR) cycle without relying on paperwork or manual processes in the field.

• Pre-entry: Step-by-step assistant to register access, vehicle, and passengers before arriving at the work site.

VIR: Create, view, and manage your active records; register entry and exit as needed.

• Transfers: Transfer passengers between VIRs using a code or QR code scan.

• Reports: Review the history of your VIRs and their status.

• Profile: View your data, company, and associated credentials.

• Secure login with operation selection when your user account exists for more than one client.

Clear interface, light/dark mode, and workflows designed for use in mining operations and industrial facilities. The app connects to your organization's server to validate permissions, authorized areas, and vehicles in real time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Account enabled by your company or operation (registration from the app is not possible).

• Internet connection to synchronize with the access control server.

• Camera (only for scanning QR codes during transfers).
