The Hong Kong Family Welfare Society has launched a new peer mediation mobile app, "Mediation Institute." Through fun and engaging stories, games, and Q&A sessions, it allows children and youth aged 3 to 16, along with their parents, to learn the basic concepts of mediation, learn how to resolve conflicts through mediation, and improve their emotional management and communication skills.
