They charge $12 a month will actually $12.99 plus tax per month to use the app. You still have to click on every single name to send it period when you open up chat support the app crashes period complete waste of money I still can't get it canceled.

Kate and the team provide incredible service and follow through on a product that helps me stay connected with large numbers of groups and individuals! As phones, systems and carriers continually change, and my own needs have all changed, Team Hit Em Up stays ahead of the game and on task with those they serve until they cross the finish line! A huge asset to stay in touch with others!

When sending to a lot of contacts, this can be just as time-consuming as copying and pasting to each contact. It would be great if you could hit send once and it send each message at once. Then it would be 5☆ There was an app I used to use that did that, but it was removed...ugh.

2024-02-19	Ke*****	Super simple and easy to use and understand. I love having a mass text app that sends INDIVIDUAL messages from MY NUMBER. It's awesome! Although I will say the interface is much better on my Android than on my husband's iPhone. I had no need for sending images or GIFs or anything so I can't speak to that.

After paying for an entire year's subscription UPFRONT, three months later it is telling me that my subscription expired and I have no features! Like they took my money and ran!! Yes, I've contacted customer support, and they have NOT been able to resolve the issue after 24 hrs. BTW, this is not the first time I've had this same issue with this app.
If I could give this app zero stars, I would!! After paying for an entire year's subscription UPFRONT, three months later it is telling me that my subscription expired and I have no features! 2023-09-09	Me*****	A quick way to communicate with your tribe. For a message to send later I could not edit the message before sent even though there was an edit button. Learning more how to use more efficiently as I go. I hope the payment I invested will be worth it. Can message more than 20 people which I like!
