I requested their help through the popabot and then emailed for help but without helping me, they blocked my whole account saying there was multiple accounts who are being made with mine and have breached the policy and community guidelines.

2026-08-13	ca*****	Warning to all users, poparide bans their drivers for any reason and ignores your suggestion to improve. Poparide also keeps and steals all payouts from drivers once banned. Passengers are also charged an almost additional 20% fee to the ride as well as drivers are charged 6%. Do not trust Poparide with any personal information. Poparide is unfriendly to Electronic Vehicles. Find an alternative route to Poparide, many of the rides are filled tight and unsafe. Yoali, blocked me and banned me.
